Bad Agreements

God has been speaking to me about how I have been agreeing with the enemy. Believing his lies and by the end of the day feeling like I had been in a boxing ring.

"You are a bad mother"

"You are thoroughly messing up your children"

Apart from Christ, those are completely true. I am aligning my mind and spirit and heart with His Word. His blood has washed me-spirit, soul and body. I am a new creation. I am a new mother.

I am walking in the authority of His Word and there has been victory this week!

Regardless of what my children are doing or not doing, I am not tossed to and fro by the waves of their little precious but unregenerate hearts. I am set aflint...

"be made new in the attitude of your mind and to put on the new self." Ephesians 4

"the Lord gave (Melissa) victory everywhere she went (goes)." 1 Chronicles 18:13

"Because the soveriegn Lord has helped me, I will not be disgraced. Therefore I have set my face like flint." Isaiah 50:7

I am a "royal priesthood" and I am "declaring the praises of Him who called me out of darkness into His wonderful light." 1 Pt 2:9

To appreciate this testimony of victory, you have to understand that Isaac is not a fall asleep anywhere kind of a kid. If he does, then you know all is right in his little soul. Yesterday on our way to visit residents in our local nursing home, he fell asleep. Then, I set out for a run this morning at 11 and within 5 minutes, they were both out. I got to have a long run and time with Him.
